Paid local guides go live only after licensing checks, payouts and safety review. Membership never includes a guide's time.

What am I paying for?: Curation and planning: a hand-built Brooklyn and Manhattan collection, mood and timing filters, and the Move builder. You are not paying for a guide's time.
Is a guide included?: No. Guide booking is not live yet. When it launches, paid guide time is charged separately from membership; Insider and SIB+ get access and a lower platform fee.
How does the Trip Pass work?: One payment of $19.99 unlocks premium features for 7 days starting when your payment succeeds, with unlimited Moves during the pass. It does not auto-renew and there is nothing to cancel.
Can I switch plans?: Yes. If you already pay monthly, switching updates your existing subscription and Stripe prorates the difference — you never end up with two subscriptions.
Can I cancel a membership?: Yes, any time from your profile. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do you guarantee a venue is open?: No. Hours, prices and admission policies change. Always confirm with the venue before you go.
