What this build stores

Saved places, saved Moves, onboarding preferences and recent searches are stored in your browser's local storage on this device. They are not sent to a server, because no backend is connected yet.

You can erase all of it at any time from your profile page using "Clear my data".

Location

Location access is always optional. If you decline it, choosing a borough or neighborhood works just as well. We never track your location in the background.

What we will collect when accounts launch

Account email and authentication data, membership and payment status through a payment processor (we never store full card numbers), saved content, and basic product analytics.

Guide applicants will additionally provide licensing details and consent to background screening carried out by an independent third-party provider.

Analytics and cookies

This build sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party ad trackers. Any future analytics will be limited to product usage and disclosed here before it ships.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. When guide booking launches we will share only the details a guide needs to run your booking, and only after you book.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data once accounts exist. Until then, clearing local data removes everything CITYSIB holds about you.

Children

CITYSIB is not intended for children under 13. Some venues in the app are 21+ and are labelled with an age restriction.
